This Privacy Policy explains how Avo Systems LLC ("Avo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the individuals they communicate with through our service.

2. Information We Collect
Business Information (from you)
When you sign up for Avo, we collect the following through our onboarding process:
- Your name and contact information (email address, phone number)
- Business name, type, and service area
- Pricing and service details used to configure your AI system
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number)
Lead and Customer Data (from your business operations)
When Avo operates on your behalf, we process:
- Phone numbers of leads and customers who contact your business
- SMS message content (both incoming and outgoing)
- Lead status, job details, and conversation history
- Appointment and booking information
Usage and Technical Data
- Website analytics data collected via Google Analytics (page views, referral sources, device type)
- Platform usage patterns to improve our service
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Avo platform, including AI powered SMS messaging on your behalf
- Configure your system to match your business, services, and pricing
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you account related communications (billing updates, service notifications, onboarding emails)
- Improve our AI models and platform performance using aggregated, anonymized data
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Third Party Services
Avo relies on trusted third party services to deliver the platform. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function:
- Stripe processes all payments. Stripe handles your billing information under their own privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card details.
- Telnyx provides SMS messaging and phone number provisioning. Message content and phone numbers are transmitted through Telnyx to send and receive text messages on your behalf.
- Resend handles transactional email delivery (onboarding emails, account notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose.
- Supabase is our database provider where your account data, lead data, and conversation history are stored. Supabase provides secure, encrypted data storage.
- Google Analytics collects anonymized website usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with our site.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Encrypted data storage
- Access controls limiting who can view your data internally
- Secure authentication for all platform access
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and your subscription is current.
- After cancellation: We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation to allow for easy reactivation. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
- Payment records: Billing records may be retained longer as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Aggregated data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you or your customers.
7. SMS and TCPA Compliance
Avo sends SMS messages on behalf of your business using local phone numbers provisioned through Telnyx. We take SMS compliance seriously:
- Messages are only sent to individuals who have initiated contact with your business or have provided consent to receive messages.
- All messages include the ability to opt out. When a recipient texts STOP, our system automatically ceases messaging to that number.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.
- Phone numbers used by Avo are registered in compliance with 10DLC (10 Digit Long Code) requirements for business messaging.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the leads entering your Avo system have provided appropriate consent to be contacted via SMS.
- No sharing of mobile information: Your mobile phone number and mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you requested.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@avogrowth.com.
- Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Avo Systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data: Request a copy of the data we hold about your business and your leads.
- Correct your data: Request corrections to any inaccurate information.
- Delete your data: Request deletion of your data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Export your data: Request an export of your lead and conversation data in a standard format.
- Cancel your account: You can cancel at any time with no penalties by emailing us.

9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how visitors find and use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to track page views and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser Add On.
We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
Avo is a business to business service and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active customers via email. Your continued use of Avo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
